Prices
Flowers4gifts reserve the right to change the price of plants at certain times of the year including Mothers day, Valentines day & Christmas day etc due to the price of raw materials purchased are much higher at peak times of the year.
Standard Delivery is free but surcharges apply for delivery before 12PM and on Saturdays. These are clearly stated in our checkout pages. Any other extra options you may choose are also priced at checkout. The total price shown at checkout confirmation is the price that you will pay when your credit card is authorised.

Substitution
We only advertise what is available. If we come to select your present on the day of despatch and we find that the plant you have chosen is not in peak condition (this is unlikely but may occasionally occur) then we reserve the right to substitute another plant of equal value or greater value that is in better condition. We do this very rarely, and we always attempt to contact you to see whether you would rather wait for new plants to come in.

Business/Work Deliveries
If the present is delivered to a work address it is quite usual for someone in reception or similar to sign for the box. In such circumstances we cannot be responsible for the transfer of the box from the point of receipt to the addressee - our service is complete when the box is received and signed for.

Cancellation
We cannot accept cancellations after the plants have been dispatched. Plants are perishable items and the only thing available for refund is the container. If it (the container) is returned to flowers4gifts within 14 days at your own expense we will refund the cost of the container.

Complaints
If you are in any way disappointed with the plants received, contact us via the 'Contact Us' page within 3 days of receipt. If we can establish that the goods were substandard or damaged in transit we will offer the alternative of a refund or a replacement.

The Law
Nothing explained above takes away your statutory rights as a consumer. The Distance Selling Directive (2000) applies to the non-perishable items in your order.
