Delivery
We use Royal Mail or Parcelforce to deliver your order. All orders are fully insured and should reach you in great condition. Please allow at least 7 days for standard delivery, If you require something delivered sooner then please use other delivery options. If you wish an order to be delivered on a certain special day then please give us as much notice as possible so the chosen plants may be delivered in time. You can chose your preferred delivery date during checkout.
Please note that we only deliver to mainland UK (Northern Ireland and Scottish Islands are exluded).
Postage
We aim to deliver your plants in good condition. Therefore plants are generally dispatched Monday to Thursday. Flowers4gifts does not deliver to PO Box numbers and cannot deliver to incomplete addresses. As this is a postal service flowers4gifts cannot be held liable for incorrect recipient's addresses. Please make sure that all addresses including postcodes are complete and correct as failure to do this can result in flowers getting lost and flowers4gifts cannot be liable for this.

UK Delivery Mon-Fri before 1 pm -> £3.50
UK Saturday Delivery -> £6.00
Sending plants as a gift
If you wish to send a plant as a gift and want the item to be delivered on or before a certain date we advise you to order 10 days in advance. Saturday delivery can be arranged at a surcharge. Please use the Contact Us page if you wish to receive further details.
Liability for orders
All plants are dispatched in very good condition. Once a plant has left the shop and reached the buyer we cannot accept further liability since the cultivation and climatic conditions are beyond our control. Flowers4gifts will despatch (but at your risk), and does not guarantee delivery, to universities, halls of residence, hospitals, companies, shops, military bases, residential homes, mobile home parks, schools and institutions as there is a higher incidence of deliveries not reaching the above locations.
What happens if there is a problem with my order?
- In the unlikely event of your order arriving damaged, please notify us immediately. You can contact us on our Contact Us page. Any plants that are damaged on arrival will be replaced. We do not refund orders unless there has been an error in the order process or unless a duplicate order has been placed. We do not refund orders once the order has been accepted, nor do we refund based on late or failed deliveries but we guarantee, if the address is correct, to re-send any product as soon as practicably possible.
- Whilst every effort is made to make deliveries when requested and prevent delivery requests for such dates such as public holidays, flowers4gifts cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries due to factors such as public holidays and or postal strikes and factors outside and beyond our control and will endeavour to deliver either before or after dates requested or as soon as is practicably possible.
- For Mothers Day, Valentines Day or Christmas, due to the volumes of orders, we cannot amend, cancel or change any orders placed within 7 days of either occasion or day.
- Deliveries to rural and remote areas can take longer, so please allow an extra day.
- Due to the delicate nature of the plants we ask that if you make every effort to be in on the delivery day. If for any reason you cannot be in you must leave a signed note stating where or with whom the item can be left.
